No Harm, No Foul “Need a lift home?” “I'm just waiting for Elliott to get back from forensics.” “It's just as well. I didn't bring my car.” It was a pity, really. He'd been waiting for what felt like ever to ask. To have a reason to get her in a vehicle with him. To be in such close proximity... Olivia had a sweet scent to her. It would have lingered long after she left. For once, he'd had a no harm, no foul chance. So much for that. It was probably for the best she'd said 'no'. But a man could dream, right?
